Nose breaks away from iFashion Group

Malaysian fast-fashion brand Nose, which specialises in women’s shoes and handbags, has split from Singapore-based iFashion Group.

Nose was acquired by iFashion in August, and the separation is by mutual consent because of differences in corporate objectives.

“We thank Nose for all it has contributed to the group,” says iFashion Group VP of corporate affairs Jeneen Goh.
The group is still planning an IPO, aiming to list this year. Its online collaborative venture platform for fashion and lifestyle brands is currently backed by venture-capital and corporate investors including Fashion DK Group, Fatfish Internet Group, Rimu and Sovereign Capital, as well as corporate angel-investors Seow Kiat Wang and Tan Chow Boon.
