Singapore-owned chain Jumbo seafood restaurant has opened its first Vietnam outlet in Ho Chi Minh City.
The outlet is located on level 1, 2 Dong Khoi Street in the heart of District 1.
Jumbo granted Vietnam franchise rights to Nova Bac Nam 79 company last December. The agreement will allows the franchisee to operate Jumbo outlets in Ho Chi Minh and Danang for 10 years.
Nova Bac Nam 79 says it plans to open three outlets within two years.
The company operates hotels, restaurants, tourism businesses and construction in Vietnam.
Jumbo Seafood currently owns and operates five outlets in Singapore, and three in Shanghai.
