A distinctive new interior design by Alex Choi is also introduced at the new 2400 sqft eatery, with a light colour scheme brightening the brand’s traditional earth-tone design, creating what the company describes as “a vibrant dining atmosphere with a distinctly modern twist”.

Subtle design details also pay homage to Crystal Jade’s oriental roots and the spirit of the brand, including French red marble and jade marble that are incorporated into the entry facade.

Crystal Jade is also expanding in Mainland China and internationally. It currently boasts 100 outlets in 25 cities in 10 countries, including South Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam and the US.
