Featuring modern British cuisine with an accent on seafood, Gough’s on Gough restaurant will open in Gough St, Central, at the end of this month.

The two-storey restaurant is the first restaurant to be run and managed by UK furniture retailer Timothy Oulton, which has 40 stores worldwide plus its Hong Kong flagship on Gough St.

Head chef Arron Rhodes offers a menu with a variety of meat as well as fish.

There are two bars in the restaurant featuring classic drinks and as well as cocktails inspired and created in the memory of Sir Winston Churchill.
