On the first floor is a library with more than 10,000 cookery books, and on the same level is a greenhouse-like display area that showcases hundreds of international ingredients on wood and cork surfaces. A third-level kitchen is used for cooking lessons, book signings, lectures and social events. Overlooking the library is the glass-walled Recipe Room with a herringbone parquet floor and dining table beneath a chandelier by Søren Rose Studio. There is a separate dining area with an indoor-outdoor feel and access to a terrace with a small garden where seasonal ingredients are grown.
