Marina Bay Sands has teamed up with 50 Eggs to unveil the first international location of the award-winning American restaurant Yardbird Southern Table & Bar.
Under the name of The Bird Southern Table & Bar in Singapore, the restaurant is described as a tribute to Southern hospitality and farm-fresh ingredients.
As well as Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, 50 Eggs founder/CEO John Kunkel owns and runs Spring Chicken and Swine Southern Table & Bar in Miami.
“Singapore is an incredibly exciting destination and I am honoured to bring our family recipes to Marina Bay Sands,” says Kunkel.
