Customers formed an overnight queue to await the grand opening of Apple Taiwan’s first store by the Taipei 101 tower.

Thousands of visitors flooded the store after its opened its curved, sliding glass doors for the first time.

As well as inspecting the latest products, many stayed for a free “Today at Apple” session. These educational sessions cover photography, video, art, design, music, coding and other topics.

The store has 130 employees.
