Alexander McQueen Hong Kong opens in Elements

Alexander McQueen Hong Kong has opened at store at Elements in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The UK fashion label’s store shows a world that is both classic and contemporary, familiar and subversive, writes Melissa Ko in SCMP Style.

Designed by Alexander McQueen creative director Sarah Burton in partnership with David Collins Studio of London, the store features nude and black colours with accents of aged and polished brass.

Bookmatched Calacatta Oro marble is used for a feature wall in the shop front, while pink onyx frames the collection.

Furniture with a mid-century inspiration dots the store, including armchairs upholstered in antique blush and black.

Alexander McQueen stores can also be found at Landmark Atrium in Central and Sogo Department Store in Causeway Bay.
