The Promenade Shops at Galaxy Macau Edible Fashion campaign continues with new collaborations between fashion and cafe brands.

In a first for Macau, the summer promotion offers afternoon tea by the runway, as well as special shopping opportunities.

Its second offering is a collaboration between Italian jeweller Bulgari and The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge. Its afternoon tea, inspired by the culture and history of Rome, offers not only tea and cakes, but also an exclusive Bulgari Roman map created by Finnish visual artist Lotta Nieminen.

Also launching today and running until the end of September is the Alice + Olivia x Cha Bei afternoon tea set.

Featuring prints from its fall collection, this event encourages guests to take photos with the brand display outside Cha Bei to post on social media.

For food, the tea set includes Lobster Egg Benedict, Tea-Smoked Salmon, Cucumber & Dill Cream, Truffle Mushroom Puff and Iberico Ham Melon. New York-inspired sweets include Coconut Brownie, Oreo Ivoire Chocolate Biscuit, Blueberry Macaron, Passionfruit Cupcake and New York Cheesecake, plus a freshly baked Raspberry Soufflé.
