Tangs Mid-Autumn Fair at VivoCity has returned, featuring a variety of mooncakes as well as special deals.

“It is a cherished tradition in Singapore, and a time when Chinese families come together and bond over food, lantern processions and mooncakes,” says Mapletree Commercial Property Management VP for marketing communications Gwen Au.

It is the 10th year the Mapletree property has hosted the fair, which runs until October 4 and features more than 35 varieties of mooncakes. They include bestsellers such as Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel and Goodwood Park Hotel and local favourites from Peony Jade and Home’s Favourite.

There are even options for the health-conscious and for vegetarians from The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore and Long Jiang Chinos, says Tangs director of merchandising Esther Ang.

Healthier options at the fair include Long Jiang’s vegetarian Assorted Nuts Mooncakes and Ritz-Carlton’s White Lotus Seed Paste with Five Grains Mooncakes.

On the more indulgent side are new and exclusive brands such as chocolatier Godiva Belgium 1926 and pineapple tart baker Kele.

Exclusive discounts are also being offered for Old Seng Choong’s Four Heavenly Yolk series and Kele’s Charcoal Mao Shan Wang Snowskin Mooncakes.
