PS Cafe’s ninth and largest outlet at One Fullerton is the brand’s crown jewel, reports Coconuts Singapore.
Launched in 1999 as a small cafe in the Projectshop clothing store, the brand’s new eatery seats 160 diners in a former nightclub site on the second level of the mall. It offers waterfront views, has a terrace and offers dining booths.
Its menu is still being tweaked, but always on offers are cold-pressed juices, sweet shakes, floats and cocktails.
Inspired by its waterfront location, the cafe’s lunch and dinner menu offers new seafood items, such as chargrilled skate with green harissa and broccolini, mussels with bread for dipping, and chargrilled prawn sandwich with spiced pickled mango and kaffir lime aioli.
