A fresh retail concept has been introduced by lifestyle fashion brand EQ:IQ in its new store at Gateway Arcade, Harbour City, in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Finished in pastel colours, the store has removable racks and metal pillars, drawing inspiration from the coziness of a home with an industrial element, says EQ:IQ. It aims to offer each individual their own special shopping experience through a range of special services. Fashion concierges are available to offer exclusive shopping sessions such as workshops, tailored to the needs of each shopper.

Customers can stay connected with the fashion concierges via social platforms, and will be the first to receive updates on fashion trends, private events and special privileges while being able to shop 24/7 through social commerce.

With its cozy interiors, the store highlights design, with each article of clothing highlighted, says the retailer. There are also surprises in the store thanks to advanced technology.

Purchases can be left at the shop for home delivery for both Hong Kong and Mainland China customers.

At its grand opening, EQ:IQ hosted a party with free tea tasting and a photo contest.
