Omni-channel platform Ace Turtle has partnered with logistics company Ninja Van for last-mile delivery for international brands in Malaysia and Singapore.
With its proprietary platform Rubicon, Ace Turtle integrates offline and online channels, automating and optimising omni-channel fulfilment for brands. Rubicon will integrate with Ninja Van’s interface to make for a seamless delivery process. Ace Turtle’s technology also gives brands a single view of orders and inventory.
Ace Turtle CEO Nitin Chhabra says the move presents retailers with a chance to curate the shopping experience for their savvy customers.
“The way consumers interact with retailers is rapidly changing from traditional shopping to e-commerce, and now to a new retail experience brought alive by the integration of offline, online, logistics and data across a single value chain.”
Ace Turtle’s technology helps cut the costs and complexity of omni-channel transformation for enterprise retail clients by using the framework of their legacy system. The company’s clients include Fossil, Max, Puma, Ray-Ban and US Polo. It has offices in India and Singapore, and is backed by investors such as Vertex Ventures, the venture arm of Temasek Holdings, and C31 Ventures, a CapitaLand subsidiary.
Ninja Van has a presence in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. It launched in Singapore in 2014.
