Specialising in Hainan chicken rice, Singapore’s Tian Tian Chicken Rice eatery will open a shop in Fashion Walk next month.
Counting chef Gordon Ramsay among its fans, Tian Tian Chicken Rice opened a pop-up store in Kwai Fong in November, drawing crowds to try its signature soft, well-seasoned chicken rice, reports Time Out Hong Kong.
Opening before Lunar New Year, the outlet will not only use its Singapore suppliers, but also plans to have its chefs fly to Hong Kong to train the local kitchen staff.
