Irvins Salted Egg plans to open a pop-up store for its fish-skin snack at Harbour City’s The Gateway at the end of this month.

Originally from Singapore, the brand’s salted-egg fish skin and potato chips have become a craze in Hong Kong, according to Time Out.

The dates for the pop-up have yet to be confirmed, but it will mark the brand’s first formal foray into the territory.

Described by the company as “dangerously addictive,” the salted egg products are freshly made without preservatives and sold in resealable pouches with bold graphics.
