US jeweller Harry Winston has opened a second retail salon in Hong Kong, in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
The 215sqm salon houses timepiece collections as well as jewellery, diamonds and rare gemstones.
Designed to capture the elegance and intimacy of a private estate, the new salon reflects a contemporary variation on the traditional Winston style. A soft taupe and grey colour palette complements the custom-designed black-lacquer and antique-bronze furniture, with bespoke chandeliers, hand-beaded silk walls and antique accents.
A grand marble foyer, decorated with a black-and-white starburst motif, displays the House’s signature design collections. There are dedicated areas for high jewellry, bridal and timepiece collections, while a private selling room provides a luxurious space for the ultimate in exclusivity.
