Italian cosmetics brand Santa Maria Novella has launched in Singapore.

The Florence-based heritage brand, whose history dates back to the balms and ointments prepared by Dominican monks around the year 1200, combines traditional preparations with modern techniques of production to offer a range of skincare and fragrance products. It has opened a store-in-store concept in Colony Clothing at UE Square.

While its perfumes are still packaged and sealed by hand, the brand has adopted modern technology and machinery to meet its production needs while still retaining the traditional look of its products.
