Penhaligon’s perfumery relaunches Asian stores

Penhaligon’s, the British luxury perfumery brand, has relaunched its Hong Kong store at IFC mall and its major Southeast Asian showcase at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands.

Both stores feature a new design concept and enriched services to customers.

Penhaligon’s opened its Singapore store seven years ago and at IFC mall five years ago.

The exterior design of both revamped stores features detailing inspired by the classical facade of the company’s historic Burlington Arcade store in London, which dates back to the 1820s.

The interior features heritage-fluted plaster wall detailing replicated from Penhaligon’s London Flagship store on Regent Street.

The new stores will feature a fragrance profiling table inspired by the London Olympic Cauldron, and featuring an interactive screen display to help customers match fragrances.

Penhaligon’s was founded in 1870 and remains one of the oldest British perfumeries in a category dominated by French brands. It is now owned by Spanish perfume and apparel company Puig International.
