BreadTalk India is about to open its first store, in the capital New Delhi.
The inaugural BreadTalk India store will open on Wednesday on the first floor of the Select Citywalk shopping centre, the company said in a statement.
India marks BreadTalk’s 18th international market. It now has stores all over Asia, including in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Sri Lanka.
“We are very excited to work with SomDatt Group to open our first BreadTalk outlet in New Delhi,” said founder Tan Aik Peng.
The Singapore-headquartered chain is promising to deliver the same authentic taste of the brand’s signature breads, including its Flosss bun, Hokkaido Roll, Chilli Pepper Dog, Pumpkin Loaf, Japan Light Cheesecake, Salted Egg Lava Croissant, Tuna Bun and Raisin California Dry Cake.
