Canada Goose plans Beijing pop up

Winter clothing firm Canada Goose is opening a pop-up store in Beijing.

The store will open November 23–30 in the Opposite House lobby, stocking a range of the brand’s most popular items and highlighting its AW 2018 collection. Six styles exclusively designed for the pop-up are specifically sized for smaller body types. The store design features the work of Inuit artists and imagery from the Canadian north.

A spokesperson for the Canada Goose said: “Consumers in Beijing are now able to experience the brand first hand and discover the authentic stories which shape Canada Goose.”

The brand recently launched on e-commerce platform Tmall and opened a store in IFC mall, Hong Kong. A permanent Canada Goose store is expected to open soon in Taikoo Li Sanlitun North Mall. The brand will seek to open 20 stores globally by 2020.
