7-Eleven stores to become collections points for Qoo10

Singaporean e-commerce platform Qoo10 has announced a series of new logistic options in a bid to improve its service.

Within the next two months, Qoo10 users will have the option to collect their delivered purchases from any of the 342 7-Eleven convenience stores islandwide, minimising their shopping costs and using Federated Lockers provided by the Info-communications Media Development Authority of Singapore.

Customers who opt for the service will receive digital notifications once the delivery is complete, and will have 48 hours to pick up their package.

Qoo10 Singapore’s country manager Hyunwook Cho said convenience for customers and merchants is important to the company. “We are focused on growing a comprehensive, cross-border logistics network across Southeast Asia. Leveraging our Qxpress delivery network and expanding on our network of partners, we aim to increase delivery efficiency through cost-effective options.”
