James Suckling opens fine-dining Korean eatery in Hong Kong

International wine critic James Suckling has opened a fine-dining Korean restaurant and wine bar in Hong Kong.

Once the senior editor of Wine Spectator, Suckling has ensured that his new venue James Suckling Wine Central features more than 300 wines available by the glass with a further 500 on the menu paired with Korean dishes.

At more than 2000sqft in scale, the resto-bar has been opened in partnership with local restaurateur Francesco Lee and is headed by Korean Chef Sang Hyun.

 

It is divided into three separate areas, including one for the extensive wine collection.
