Savor Japan brings three concepts to Central

Japanese concept restaurant Savor Japan has brought together three established brands to its Central dining location in the Stanley Street Regent Centre.
The venue opens this month serving its “Day-to-Night” menu featuring servings from Japanese/Western fusion artisan bakery Beat; Japanese donburi store Nijuuichi Don; and popular pastry store Chez Shibata from Nagoya.

The restaurant design is predominantly sculpted in a modest wooden style, divided into two dining sections based on the different brands. The window seats are decorated with a lighter tone of wood with catering from the premium donburi, sashimi and sushi sets, while the other side of the restaurant is furnished with cosy sofa chairs and softer lighting to create an elegant and quiet dining area for the artisan breads, herbal tea and pastries.
