Net-a-Porter launches at-home shopping service in Hong Kong

Luxury online retailers Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter are enhancing their personal shopping service for their most-loyal customers.
A new, invitation-only offline styling service offers curated at-home shopping consultations for the brands’ highest spenders. It allows a seven-day trial period for up to 30 high-end items, chosen by the customer or their personal shoppers.
The aim, according to Net-a-Porter, is to “encourage customers to experiment without commitment”.
In some locations – including Hong Kong – scheduled at-home shopping consultations with personal shoppers will be available. The appointments feature a merchandised rail of clothing, a jewellery and watch case with personalised brand selections, during which customers will be offered a silk, monogrammed robe to wear between fittings.
“These new bespoke offerings are the next innovative step in better serving our customers within the comfort of their homes,” said president of Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter Alison Loehnis.
