Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is set to reopen this month at The Peak Galleria.
The well-known restaurant brand (one among a portfolio of 27 brands held by Dining Concepts, owned by food and beverage entrepreneur Sandeep Sekhri) is launching in one of city’s most renowned tourist hotspots and local retreats.
The restaurant serves simple, meticulously prepared British comfort fare with European influences in a venue designed to be casual and welcoming, incorporating a mix of vintage and modern touches.
Intended to provide a new element of family-friendly social dining to Victoria Peak, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar will open for all-day dining, weekend breakfast and cocktails.
The original Bread Street Kitchen & Bar located at Lan Kwai Fong in Central closed last August to allow the building to be redeveloped.
