Japanese apparel retailer Uniqlo and JW Anderson, the globally influential London-based fashion brand have collaborated on a new collection.

This will be the third season Uniqlo and JW Anderson have worked together, following successful collaborations in 2017 Fall/Winter and 2018 Spring/Summer.

“It is always fun collaborating with Uniqlo,” commented Jonathan Anderson on the newest line. “I always find it super interesting how two brands with very different backgrounds can come together to create an exciting collection. In the third collation of the collaboration, I envision a summer wardrobe that could be relaxed and chic at the same time; a versatile and youthful collection.”The line was developed with a theme of “British classics designed for life today”. Featuring trench coats, bomber jackets, and other items presented according to the design characteristics of JW Anderson, the various elements that comprise this collection – including men’s rugby shirts, women’s trench coats, and paisley and border stripe patterns – are classically British with a modern update.

The 2019 Spring/Summer Uniqlo and JW Anderson collection will be available from Friday March 8 at Uniqlo stores and online at Uniqlo.com.
