The 60-seat eatery is designed to revive nostalgic memories of Hong Kong’s quintessential street treats and traditional hawker food, serving snacks and desserts with a trendy modern twist. To celebrate the grand opening on Saturday, the first 100 visitors arriving between 3.15pm and 5pm will be given a complimentary custard-filled pineapple bun – a signature specialty of the new brand.

“While living abroad for a few years, I have been missing local food, so this is definitely something I have wanted to do for a long time – sharing recipes I know and love, with taste, care and attention always coming first,” said executive chef Jason Luk.
