Kuok Group is planning to build a mall and apartment complex at Pasir Ris.

A partnership between Allgreen Properties and Kerry Properties, Kuok Group won the 99-year leasehold site next to the Pasir Ris MRT station in a government tender, with a bid of nearly $700 million.

The 1.02 million sqft area will be home to 480 apartments and a three-level shopping mall – two floors above ground and one below.

The site will be integrated with a polyclinic and a bus interchange, offering seamless connection to public transport services and amenities for residents.
