The Shilla Duty Free has marked the first anniversary of its Beauty&You concept at Hong Kong International Airport.
Featuring many brands and category adjacencies, the notions of “Beauty” and “You” together was created to represent beauty tailored to each customer and place a strong emphasis on customers through various forms of unique experiences, services, digitalisation and customer engagement.
The concept has won several accolades during its debut year, including a highly commended in the “Speciality Concept of the Year” category at the Frontier Awards this year and “New Shop Opening of the Year” at the DFNI-Frontier Asia Pacific Awards.
The Shilla Duty Free also received recognition as the Airport Retailer of the Year and Asia Pacific Travel Retailer of the Year, respectively, at the Frontier and DFNI-Frontier Awards ceremonies.
Beauty&You has brought more than 200 beauty and fashion brands to its stores, including more than 60 new additions to Hong Kong International Airport.
