Hong Kong’s Mana! opens largest store yet

Hong Kong’s Mana! has opened its largest outlet yet in Hong Kong’s SoHo neighbourhood.

Located on Staunton Street, the new Soho cafe offers a wide selection of plant-based food, including the brand’s signature flats and plant-based burgers. The 2500sqft restaurant also debuted two new plant-based options – half flat and half pizza creation Flatzzas and Hong Kong’s first vegan cheese deli.

“Mana! SoHo is not only our largest plant-based & zero-waste destination yet, but is a labour of love that we’ve created for our growing community,” said Bobsy Gaia, founder of Mana!.

“Mana! SoHo aims to bring Life cafe [a plant-based community destination founded by Bobsy] back to SoHo”.

Mana! Soho houses a “Den Zen” social space which is dedicated to social gatherings and special events such as movie screenings and concerts, “Hippie hour” happenings and meditation sessions.

Mana! Soho was launched after the original Mana! Central and Mana! Poho at 8 Tai On Terrace ceased operations in April.

Hong Kong’s Mana! pioneered the plant-based fast-casual market in Hong Kong in 2012, serving “fast slow food” and operating “zero waste” – whole-food, plant-based food, served fast, in an eco-friendly & responsible manner, packaged and ready to go.
