The first post-Covid SE Asian retail-related expo set for October 1

Strict rules will apply to ensure social distancing and health and safety.

Beautylife Bonanza is set to be the first retail-related exhibition post Covid-19 when it opens in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on October 1.

Organised by Informa Markets, Beautylife Bonanza offers a platform for beauty and lifestyle suppliers to understand local market trends. More than 80 participants from different beauty categories including cosmetics, skincare, body care and hair.

The three-day event will host workshops and seminars from many organisations including Asia Pacific Hairdressers & Cosmetologist Association (APHCA) Malaysia, Persatuan Anggun Menawan Malaysia (PAMM), Soy Wax Candle Workshop and Donation Charity Hair Cut.

Beautylife Bonanza will feature a line-up of skincare products collaborating with beauty guru Steven Sunny through social media channels.

“Beside the event, Informa Markets is committed to promote a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative through its Kind Malaysia project to connect corporate with civil society in effort of helping the community,” the company said in a statement. 

Kind Malaysia – Beautylife Bonanza Edition under a theme of ‘Giving back to community’ aims to help underprivileged communities alleviate poverty and to achieve and maintain a sustainable livelihood. 

The event will be organised with careful attention to measures aimed at reducing the risk of Covid-19 transmission, including health protocols and social-distancing measures.
