Goh, who is currently managing director of the Philippine-based retail chains Ministop convenience store, Southstar Drug and TGP (which are subsidiaries of Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc), will succeed Jay Heubner, who will retire this March after 38 years with the company. Heuber will stay on over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition. “Jay is one of the most effective, highest character, servant-hearted leaders I know,” said John Venhuizen, president and CEO of Ace Hardware. “His wise, encouraging influence has had a significant impact on the business and made Ace a better place.” Goh has held several leadership positions, including vice president at Singapore Airlines, CEO of 7-Eleven Singapore and CEO of Singapore grocery chain Cold Storage. “David has a remarkable track record of success in growing businesses and transforming the customer experience,” said Venhuizen. Goh and his family will be relocating from the Philippines to Singapore to be closer to Ace International’s highest growth regions. Hugo Boss welcomes new sales chief Oliver Timm, one of two former Tommy Hilfiger executives poached by Hugo Boss last year, began his role as chief sales officer this January.  Timm’s duties include delivering a premium shopping experience for the German fashion house’s customers across all retail operations as well as its wholesale and e-commerce businesses. Offering a best-in-class seamless omnichannel experience is among Timm’s top priorities.
