New retailers open at Jewel Changi for expected retail, travel revival

Jewel Changi is welcoming more international and new-to-market retail brands ahead of a potential travel revival.

The expanded tenant mix will see the opening of nine F&B outlets and two retail stores at Jewel in the coming weeks. Restaurants making Singapore debut include Chinese chain Tai Er, Italian restaurant Mama Mia! and European restaurant NY Verden Bar & Grill.

“With its unique retail spaces and wondrous ambience, Jewel is an ideal location for us to showcase our many brands under one roof,” said Dellen Soh, CEO of Minor Food Group Singapore.

“We hope our range of staple favourites and new brands will present Jewel shoppers with an enticing dining experience.”

Other new dining options at Jewel include Monster Planet, Poulet Bijou and Hong Kong’s Tsui Wah.

Meanwhile, Singapore’s first exclusive Marhen.J retail store, brought in by homegrown e-commerce brand Sift & Pick, has launched at Jewel Changi, offering all-occasion bags in canvas, sustainable nylon and its latest apple leather (certified vegan) series.

Fashion and lifestyle store Turtle has also joined Jewel Changi with its first duplex store.

“Jewel continues to seek out new-to-market and new-concept stores, from both local and international brands, to bring novelty to the Jewel experience for our guests, whether as a first-time or repeat-visitor,” said Hung Jean, CEO of Jewel Changi Airport Devt.
