Collectibles design studio, XM, is set to open a concept store in Singapore next year, marking the region’s largest gallery of collectible statues.
The concept store will be home to more than 300 prized statue collectibles conceptualised and designed in house and inspired by major brands such as Marvel, Sanrio, DC, Hasbro and Godzilla, as a licensee. Lifestyle products, apparel and collectibles are also in the pipeline to be launched in phases.
Scheduled to open its doors to the public next January, XM’s Singapore store will anchor a 19,000sqft space inside Kitchener Complex.
“Housing the region’s biggest gallery of collectible statues, we look forward to welcoming our community and fans from around the world to experience XM right here in Singapore,” said Ben Ang, CEO and co-founder of XM.
Alongside interactive spaces, the store will have event spaces suitable for product launches, team meetings and pop-ups. Customers can also enjoy gelato and beverage at the in-house Gelato Coffee Bar, 99.
Meanwhile, XM’s exclusive streetwear space will be launched in the coming months.
The Singapore launch follows the brand’s recent investment from Temasek subsidiary Heliconia Capital Management, and funds raised through a tokenised offering on digital securities investment platform ADDX.
