Amazon Singapore has launched a new mental health support program for its employees and their families, aimed at improving their holistic wellbeing.

Adding on to the company’s existing Employee Assistance Program, the new service will provide resources such as life coaching, interactive self-care programs, webinars that offer personalised advice, legal and financial support, mindfulness measures and more.

Henry Low, country manager, Amazon Singapore, said access to mental health has become increasingly important.

“Our intent is to remove barriers and unnecessary stigma around getting help and ensure our employees and their families feel safe and supported. In providing a range of services, as well as regular dialogue with employees about mental health, we hope to help in every way we can.”

The new program will be extended to the company’s employees and eligible family members like domestic partners and children.
