Paris Baguette Indonesia is ramping up its expansion plan in the country, opening a flagship store and with its fourth outlet slated to open next week.

The expansion comes five months after the chain entered Indonesia in partnership with local retailer Erajaya Food & Nourishment (EFN). The company said the first two Paris Baguette Indonesia stores’ sales achieved twice the expected sales.

Located at Pondok Indah Mall 3, the Paris Baguette flagship store features an ‘island concept’ with interior design inspired by the French Garden Conservatory.

“This outlet brings a chic yet stylish Parisian feel, so that it can not only spoil the taste buds of visitors but also spoil the eyes with an attractive interior design,” said Gabrielle Halim, CEO of EFN. “We also present several new menus specifically for foodies who like to try new food and drinks flavours but still with the characteristics of Paris Baguette.”

Meanwhile, the fourth store, scheduled to open on March 31, will occupy a 132sqm space with a capacity of 40 seats on the first floor of Summarecon Mall in Bekasi.

Paris Baguette Indonesia is a joint venture between EFN and Paris Baguette Singapore and is operated by EFN’s subsidiary Era Boga Patiserindo.
