Sands Shoppes Macao’s British-themed shopping destination, Shoppes at Londoner, is set to expand on November 1, when T Galleria opens its eighth store in the territory there.
Shoppes at Londoner, a transformation of the old Shoppes at Cotai Central which originally opened last year, recreates an authentic London street scene, embodying The Londoner Macao’s concept of ‘Bringing the Best of London to Macao’. The 600,000sqm retail space boasts more than 150 brands.
The T Galleria by DFS The Londoner store will span more than 22,000sqft and store feature more than 120 brands, including Burberry, Creed, Jo Malone London, Miller Harris and Penhaligon’s. The London-themed store will feature DFS’ first cross-category kids’ area, which spans more than 2000sqft and showcases a playful interior reflective of the famous London ‘tube’ transport system.
Also opening next month is the refurbished Bottega Veneta store, a new Burberry store designed by architect Vincenzo De Cotiis, and a boutique for Italian luxury leather footwear and handbag company Tod’s.
Other brands set to follow include The French haute couture business Maison Margiela, Italian luxury brand Marni, and minimalist fashion label Jil Sander.
Sands says more brands will also open soon, but did not give a timetable. These include Alexander McQueen, Diptyque, Longchamp, Neil Barrett, Hogan and The Mineral Boutique.
