Liverpool FC is bringing the Reds closer to its fans in Malaysia with the launch of the first LFC flagship store in the country.

The store, located at Sunway Pyramid Mall in Subang Jaya, spans more than 850 sqft and mirrors retail spaces in Liverpool, offering official club merchandise, including the latest Nike jerseys and training outfits. The flagship was launched in partnership with a local sports retailer Al-Ikhsan Sports, which oversees LFC’s branded stores both online and offline.

“It’s great to continue working with Al-Ikhsan Sports, who are an important partner for us in Malaysia,” said Mike Cox, senior VP for merchandising at Liverpool FC. “As our fanbase in Malaysia continues to grow they can get easy access to the latest official club merchandise on their doorstep.”

CEO of Al-Ikhsan Sports, Vach Pillutla, said it took three years for both parties to bring the LFC retail store to Malaysia.

Al-Ikhsan Sports takes the entire distribution to more than 100 locations throughout the country, hoping to deliver the Anfield experience to more fans.

In 2020, Liverpool FC partnered with CRC Sports to launch a merchandise pop-up store in Vietnam and opened an online store in Japan.
