Nobis Outerwear, in a joint venture with Ellassay, has opened three stores in Beijing and Shanghai, marking the Canadian luxury brand’s entry into the Chinese market.
“Nobis is ranked a top three luxury outerwear brand in South Korea by sales volume, with 30 locations in top department stores, and we’re eager to start that journey in China with our new partners at Ellassay,” said Robin Yates, VP and co-founder of Nobis.
Two of the stores are located at SKP and Galeries Lafayette in Beijing while the third one is located at Réel Mall in Shanghai.
“As an innovative product-first company, customers will experience the quality of Nobis icons styles like Aura and Yves firsthand, as well as fashion-forward additions like Dyna, Aspen and Isla,” said Kevin Au-Yeung, president and co-founder of Nobis.
The company said that the joint venture signifies growth potential for the business in the Chinese market.
Currently, Nobis is available in 35 countries including Japan, France, the UK, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Czechia, and Austria.
