French jeweller Messika has launched its first location in South Korea, in partnership with Bluebell Group.

The store, located on the second floor of Lotte Avenuel World Tower, features 66sqm and has a minimalist style with black and gold elements. The store offers The Move collection, which debuted in 2007 and revolves around bezel-set diamonds that slide on rails. The other collections include Move Classique, Move Uno, and Move Link.

“Korea is a country with an exquisite culture and very dynamic fashion trends, which is a strong DNA of the Maison,” said Messika founder Valérie Messika.

“This market will be an important pillar for us in Asia. With Bluebell we will present to Korean customers innovative design, excellent customer service and of course rich offers of diamond jewellery as always.”

Messika and Bluebell Group first collaborated in the Korean duty-free market in 2022. Bluebell will oversee Messika’s retail operations, marketing initiatives, and possible domestic expansion in the country.

Messika was launched in 2005, with its first boutique opening in Paris in 2013. The company currently has more than 570 locations in 85 countries.
