Singapore’s Ion Orchard has launched its new digital media platform – the Grand Facade LED – and presented Tiffany & Co’s first 3D billboard in Southeast Asia.
Developed in collaboration with JCDecaux, the digital screen spans 189sqm and boasts full HD resolution with more than 2 million pixels. It offers high colour vibrancy and stereo-sound capabilities and supports immersive 3D content.
In addition, the screen features smart ambient sensors that automatically adjust brightness, ensuring energy efficiency while maintaining optimal daily visibility.
Tiffany & Co’s “With Love, Since 1837” campaign uses the screen’s capabilities, showcasing its jewellery craftsmanship in 3D anamorphic format, aiming to deliver an “eye-catching experience” for passersby.
Yeo Mui Hong, CEO, Orchard Turn Developments, said the LED display would allow the tenants and brand partners a unique way to connect with customers.
“The new Ion Grand Facade LED exemplifies the shopping centre as an iconic lifestyle and retail destination in Singapore and Asia, enabling us to continue creating exceptional moments for our visitors,” Yeo concluded.
