Chinese streetwear label SMFK is expanding its retail presence in the country by opening a flagship store in Shanghai.

The store is located on Yongyuan Road and has a neutral colour scheme with an industrial interior design style.

SMFK, founded in 2016 by Sam Ren and Frank Liu in Beijing, has swiftly developed a reputation as a high-end streetwear brand with social media appeal. The brand is known for its rough, real and natural style.

The business assures its customers that it never offers discounts since “paying attention to sales will make us old”.

The brand currently has 16 stores across China and one in Australia, which was launched earlier this year.
