Foodpanda Singapore has appointed Bhavani Shankar Mishra as MD, effective immediately. In this role, he will oversee the company’s food and grocery delivery operations in the country.

Mishra first joined Foodpanda in 2018 as part of the logistics team in Thailand, where he played a key role in optimising operations, enhancing customer experience, and implementing efficiency improvements.

Before joining the company, he held leadership roles in multinational technology corporations.

The company described the new MD as “well-positioned” to strengthen support for merchants and delivery partners while enhancing Foodpanda’s competitiveness in the market.

Mishra said he looks forward to driving the company’s growth and ecosystem development.

“My focus is on enhancing the consumer experience on the platform through greater convenience, accessibility, and reliability,” he added.
