Indian furniture retailer Royaloak has expanded into the UAE with three new stores in Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Dubai.

The move comes as UAE’s furniture and home decor market sees sustained growth as a result of increased real estate development, rising urbanisation, and a growing population of design-conscious consumers.

Industry estimates show the UAE furniture market was valued at around US$5.1 billion last year and is expected to reach US$5.4 billion by 2033.

Royaloak is known for its ‘country collection’, which features pieces inspired by American, Italian, and Malaysian designs and sources products from its manufacturing centres in Asia and Europe.

“Our UAE expansion is aligned with market demand and retail opportunity,” said Mathan Subramaniam, co-founder and MD of Royaloak.

“What sets us apart is a vertically integrated model – from sourcing to distribution – which ensures both product consistency and affordability.

“With our dedicated warehouse in the UAE, we are equipped to provide fast, reliable delivery and a localised shopping experience,” said Subramaniam.

The stores offer pieces for living rooms, bedrooms, offices, dining areas, and outdoor spaces, along with home decor and mattresses.

Royaloak has also launched its e-commerce platform in the UAE and has partnered with Amazon UAE and Noon to widen its omnichannel presence.

The outlets will be supported by Arabic-speaking staff, and the company is planning further expansion across the Emirates in the next year.
