Rachael Palmer

Rachael Palmer is a registered and endorsed Organisational Psychologist who is passionately believes that good work is good for us. In her 20 years working in both the public and private sector the focus of her practice has always been to partner with people in order to improve performance, support wellbeing and effect change. Through the positions she has held her responsibilities have included improving engagement and culture, creating and evaluating leadership development programs, leading teams to deliver change management for complex projects, and supervising psychology students and Registrars. Rachael is an NLI Results Trained Coach. Currently working part-time after her second period of Parental Leave, Rachael is living the day-to-day challenge of finding joy and fulfilment at work and at home. She loves cooking, reading, and strategy board games, and ensures she makes time for friends and family. Rachael lives in Melbourne with her partner, their two children (aged 4 and 6).
