Dr. Samuel Kwok is a transdisciplinary (TD) professional practitioner - namely an international accountant, an entrepreneur, and a professional doctorate on Work-Based Learning. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants Worldwide, a Fellow of ICAEW, ACCA, HKICPA, and an Academic Fellow of the Association of International Accountants-UK. Samuel is an international certified chartered eCommerce specialist (ICEC-USA) and is appointed as an Industry Expert by the Bureau of Science & Technology of Suzhou Municipal People's Government. With background in KPMG, Deloitte, member of senior management team in two public listed companies, and running his own consultancy firm before joining IBSS in 2016, Dr. Kwok engaged in various cross-border finance & business strategy development projects such as: - the lead consultant of the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society of Hong Kong assisted on the founding of 'Shenzhen-Hong Kong Gold Connect'. - the chief consultant of the Sino-Swiss Eco-Industrial Park, Zhenjiang and organized a Press Conference for the Ministry of Commerce of China Government in 2014 at Basel, Switzerland. He focuses on Practice-led research. Book, chapter, articles and Conference presentations are published on the topics of Industry Analysis, Corporate Auditing practice, and e-luxury branding management practice. Dr. Kwok has more than 10 years of experience writing for media and press. Instead of perfecting the know, he is opening up a new research direction on Culture management in Narrative Policy Framework research. He won the Best Paper award from the Shanghai Gold Exchange and won a Teaching Excellence Award from an UK Accountancy body. He has been interviewed by XinHua News Agency, AB Magazine(ACCA), & 21st Century Business Herald. Dr. Kwok is the Academic Director of the Executive Education, IBSS.
