Michael has more than 20 years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, data management, innovation and technology strategy, along with proven C-level leadership experience within a publicly listed ASX 100 organisation. His current role is at Domino's Pizza Enterprises (DPE). During the eleven years at DPE, Michael has helped with DPE's transform into one of Australia’s most sophisticated online and digital retailer plus disrupt the retail an QSR industry via innovation. He has also helped guide DPE's seven other markets in Europe and Japan to market leading digital dominance. During his time at DPE he has also been involved in number of world-firsts in social media and online ordering including managing DRU (Domino’s Robotic Unit) Deliveries, DRU Drone by Flirtey New Zealand delivery in November 2016. Prior to Domino’s, Michael worked at Virgin Blue (Virgin Australia), Australian Insurance Holdings (Budget Direct) and QBD The Bookshop. He is also currently an Executive Advisor for Queensland University of Technology Executive MBA Program. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in marketing, from Griffith University, where he received three consecutive Annual Griffith Awards for Academic Excellence. In 2016 he attended the Stanford Business School where he completed a design thinking course to help learn tools to unlock new ideas for businesses.

Consistently named among Australia’s most influential retailers in Ragtrader’s Power 30, she is regarded as an authority in strategic brand development and retail management. Elle has forged a remarkable career through fostering positive, results-driven cultures with a focus on innovation and collaboration. Over 30 years, she has risen through the ranks of some of Australia’s most respected retailers, including Myer, Sportsgirl and Supré, her tenures at the latter two cementing her reputation as someone who can orchestrate a rapid brand turnaround. Known for her ability to redefine and reposition retail brands, Elle is regularly called upon to share her expertise and insight with audiences across Australia including Inside Retail events, WGSN, Melbourne Fashion Week, women’s leadership panels and private mentoring sessions. At Country Road, Elle has been influential in repositioning the brand as a leader in sustainable design, both in fashion and retail environments. Her guidance in this area has led to brand partnerships with Oritain and Landcare Australia in recent years, as well as the launch of Our World, a dedicated platform for Country Road to share its sustainability journey with the wider community. Under Elle’s leadership, the brand’s Chadstone flagship became the first fashion retailer in Australia to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design Review rating with the Green Building Council of Australia. The mother of two is passionate about community enterprises and has spearheaded initiatives through The Butterfly Foundation and collaborated with charities like Redkite, Headspace, Dignity Dreams and the Graeme Dingle Foundation. An advocate for local talent, Elle has been involved in the RMIT TRI Project and was appointed Chair of the RMIT School of Fashion Industry Advisory Group in 2022. Her support for community-based projects has led to an ongoing partnership between Country Road and the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair Foundation. Alongside these projects, Elle has inspired a culture of leading with heart at Country Road, while guiding the brand’s mission of inspiring modern Australian living every day.

Nadine Heubel is a veteran retail executive with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Beginning her career at Hugo Boss, Heubel quickly rose through the ranks to become the company’s Global Head of Travel Retail. She later served as CEO of Heinemann Americas, Inc., the US-based subsidiary of international duty-free leader Gebr. Heinemann. During her six-year tenure as the highest-ranking female executive in the company’s history, Heubel secured contracts with some of the world's largest cruise lines, bringing the company’s projected revenue to $250 million by the end of 2022. In her current role as the Senior Managing Director of Travel Retail for Harper Dennis Hobbs, she is responsible for establishing the world’s most sought-after luxury brands in the North American travel retail market, and for converting more travelers into customers. Heubel has a talent for identifying and nurturing critical relationships within her industry. She has extensive experience working across cultures, continents, and time zones in multiple languages: German, English, and French. Her long-standing role as a “positive disruptor” with a keen eye for identifying emerging business trends means that she understands how to bring new and lucrative opportunities to her partners. Because she brings these ideas with enthusiasm and excitement, her partners frequently find themselves pursuing unchartered paths with confidence. Heubel employs a compassionate and collaborative leadership style, establishing environments that foster creativity, emphasize professional growth, and empower staff to do the work required to build successful companies. Heubel is passionate about mentorship, female empowerment, giving back to her community, and Miami’s budding tech ecosystem.
