How The Body Shop went from leading the industry to falling behind

This week, UK-based skincare and fragrance company The Body Shop announced the closure of all stores in the US and approximately one-third of its stores in Canada after filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, under which assets are sold off to clear debts, in the two markets.
