FedEx Express will start delivering online purchases to Hong Kong 7-Eleven stores for self-collection.

There will be no charge for the FedEx Hong Kong 7-Eleven stores Self-collection Service, offering online shoppers greater flexibility and convenience. They can pick up their purchases at the 7-Eleven store of their choice at any time.

“Increasingly, customers are asking for more flexibility, from the way they ship to the way they receive packages,” says FedEx Express Hong Kong/Macau MD Anthony Leung. “The new self-collection service will bring significant value to the fast-growing eCommerce sector, as online shoppers no longer have to worry about missing their deliveries.”

7-Eleven Hong Kong/Macau sales and marketing director Rose Yeung says the new service is another step forward in expanding its service portfolio, which includes bill payment, ticketing, self pick-up and donations.

Established in Hong Kong for 35 years, 7-Eleven has more than 900 stores.
