Tsukada Nojo debuts at Ocean Terminal

AP Company from Japan has unveiled its first Tsukada Nojo restaurant in Hong Kong, at Ocean Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Known for its innovative dishes, the restaurant will import ingredients from its own farms and partner farms in Japan. The chain restaurant derives its name from the company’s poultry farm in Japan. One of its signature dishes, Beauty Pot, is made from organic chicken and long-stewed collagen-rich chicken stock from its farm.

In Hong Kong, Tsukada Nojo will use only free-range poultry from Japan as well as local vegetables, says AP Company director Masashi Kamatani.

“Hong Kong customers are becoming more health conscious and always look for high-quality Japanese food,” he says. “As they know the source of our ingredients is reliable, they will feel safer and more confident dining at our restaurant.”

He says regional expansion is planned for the restaurant. Its entry into Hong Kong was helped by Invest Hong Kong with its free advice and customised services.

Established in 2001, AP Company is mainly engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and sale of foods. It has 198 outlets in Japan and four in Singapore.
